There was $350 billion for law-enforcement in the bill that was passed with no Republican votes.

2. Handlers? Read a few books. Biden shoots his mouth off and has been a notoriously lacking in discipline candidate ever since he first ran for president in 1988. He doesn’t have handlers. Can you be more specific with the details of the “$350 billion for law-enforcement”? Since we’re talking about defunding the police, exactly how much of that money is dedicated to funding the police?
Or is it just a sum of money than can or may be used to fund the PD, if the recipients choose?

That’s correct, money to state and local governments, they were encouraged but not forced to use the money to hire police officers above pre-pandemic levels. Hire more cops.
Of course, if they had been required to use the money for that and only that, the people on this board would bitch about states rights and the overbearing federal government.
