Biden just ran a commercial that I thought was for BLM until Biden showed up at the end.

The Latino vote goes something like 60-40 Dem. The black vote goes something like 90-10 or 95-5 Dem, depending on the candidate.
Their plan is heavy black turnout and playing the race card to get Obama numbers, hoping that their 19-1 advantage for every 20 black voters pays off.
Problem is that they seem to be losing their grip on that group.
