That gallows is obviously a prop. The “noose” looks like someone wrapped some cord around a spool or can or something and that was affixed to a loop. That isn’t a single piece of rope fashioned into a noose.
The BLM guillotine outside the White House was much more believable and actually had Trump in the guillotine.

There are photos of the guy that built the gallows, he brought it pretty much already pre assembled in the back of his truck, just had to bolt it all together. The FBI is looking for him.
