When a new employee has a bad reaction to vaccine, I assume they can sue the frick out of Delta?

They have the choice, they can choose to not work at Delta.

It’s about to start getting really real.

The lunacy knows no bounds... seriously, the virtue signaling is out of control.

So in order to get a job there you have to have it, so lets say you get offered, you go and get your vaccine and you have a negative reaction and are either killed or severely injured, can you now sue Delta?

Can delta require all employees to take birth control?

Vaccine is against my religion.

Why is Delta infringing on my 1st amendment?

I see a class action suit on the horizon.

Theoretically yes, though they could run into issues as women are a protected class under federal discrimination law and this would amount to requiring women not become pregnant to work there (which is illegal).

A better example would be statins. A private employer could require all their employees to take Lipitor, though this would obviously not be a good business decision.

Private businesses aren’t required to accept religious vaccine exemptions, though most will. Public schools are however.

Yep. This is a good call for Delta. Lots of folks in tight quarters. I’m sure it makes passengers feel safer, too.

Given their flight attendant hiring processes, I’m not sure that is necessary.

So, in a time when getting good workers is tough and people are willingly staying unemployed....they make it harder to gain employees?

Could Delta also say employees are not allowed to have abortions?

Neighbor here in Atlanta is in HR at Delta. She said they have been directed to basically only hire minorities and women. Education or work credentials are to be ignored and don't matter when choosing between candidates.

This is going to go over as well as United’s quota to hire 50% minority pilots... Screw qualifications when it comes to the lives of hundreds of passengers.

Can a business require that employees get breast augmentations to continue to work there?
