I don’t know about Delaware, but a lot of South Jersey is conservative. Camden of course isn’t and I’m sure Newark area isn’t.

Their property taxes are pretty low. State income tax rates are fairly average.

Slower Lower is a nice place. Beaches, good fishing, lots of chicken farms. Those folks called Biden “the third senator of Pennsylvania” when he was in the Senate. Wouldn’t claim him.

I have a company registered there. It is actually preferred for international business over other non income tax states (at least a decade ago) due not as many scam companies as Nevada, et al. Most every US Flagged ship is registered with home port of Wilmington

I was stationed there for two very long years. I would not recommend. I can say though I saw more confederate flags in Delaware than I do in LA. The southern portion of the state is a bunch of good ole boys.
