"Look, you CAN order a couple hundred thousand. But, if you order... say.... 25 million... I can probably see my way clear to giving you a few weekends at the beach house plus a little folding money."

"How much we talking?"

"Quarter million sound right?"

"I thought I heard you say quarter million. I know I misheard."

"What? I said 2 million."

"Ordered."

The invoice says the ballots were free with a discount of $10 million for 250K ballots.

What am I missing that everyone else is seeing?

ETA: never mind...see it now...250K packs of 100.

Sec of State was buying ballots and going through DeKalb as purchaser, excess ballots were used to make up the difference

Notice that nothing is due for the order due to SOS discount.
How does the printer account for a $10MM discount in their accounting?

Is this a joke? The guy ordering is named Rick Thrower. Either math is too hard for Thrower or he was trying to “throw”the election.

I can’t believe Dekalb County can spend $10,000,000 on a single order without a lot of approval. I call BS on this one.
