I think the bigger question here is what was the predicate to spy on Flynn?
We've been told it was the kislyak call. This was before that, so Flynn was the target for which they need to have a predicate for unmasking, or he was incidental to another target that has a predicate.
The problem is that none of the official story lines up with what we are seeing.

Martha Macallum just confirmed Choctaw is right.

It doesn't really matter if we cant figure out who actually leaked it.

Agree, but in a way, its good... Because releases like this show how deep the collusion goes.
If it was just 1-2 of them with the ability, it would be "wink, nudge, get that name" and the same person would be doing it and wouldn't be out of the norm.
