Why not just go ahead and install a home gym at Grace Mansion? The very mansion that he gets to live in for free at taxpayer expense?
Surely, he can skimp the city budget enough to buy a few dumbells, a treadmill and bench press?

It’s not like he’s in there squatting and deadlifting - by the look of those 11-1/2 inch arms. I’m sure he could do as well or better at home.
