All of those rustbelt cities that were abandoned in the 70s/80s/90s have been backfilled with immigrants. All of that real estate for the entire metro keeps getting upward pressure instead of fire sale.
My son was at a conference in Rochester, Ny a few weeks ago. When I know little about places, I go down rabbit holes. Rochester is a medium size city that was home to Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Bausch and Lomb on the western edge of New York state on Lake Ontario.
90% white in 1950. 32% white and 36% immigrants today.
We often ask why blue cities vote the way they do, but anyone who would have put up a fight already left.

I’ve said it before on here and I’m gonna keep saying it. When the rapture occurs and all the Christians are removed from the world, the entire world will be taken over by the Muslims and they will enforce sharia law and the antichrist will be Muslim and you’re gonna get your head cut off if you don’t worship him to receive the mark. Everyone needs to believe the gospel and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior to avoid this horrible horrible thing that is coming upon our world. This can’t be stopped. It’s only gonna get worse. You don’t have to believe it, but you can’t say you never were told about it.
