New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) was met with protesters chanting “Liar!” during his appearance Thursday morning on "Good Morning America" to tout his White House bid.
As the liberal mayor, fresh off announcing his 2020 Democratic presidential run, spoke about his bid on ABC, protesters shouted, “Can’t run the city! Can’t run the country!”
At one point during the interview, ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos paused the interview to mention the loud disruption outside the studio.
“You say it’s a tough city. We’re hearing it outside, some protesters,” Stephanopoulos said.
“A little serenade,” de Blasio laughed.

“What should the rest of the country think when so many of your fellow New Yorkers [are] saying, ‘Don’t run?’” Stephanopoulos asked.
“I think you’d agree that the poll that actually matters is the election,” de Blasio replied. “I think about polling in general — it’s not where you start, it’s where you end.”

There's a maximum contribution amount. The more Dem candidates there are, the more people you can give the maximum to. Then they all drop out and their campaign money goes to the DNC, who then uses the money for the 1-3 real candidates.

de blazio is such a loser that the ladies on the view laughed their asses off that he was running when he ran NYCity into a dumpster fire. and now he will tear down all NYCity of glass and steel and rebuild.

I have to wonder what de Blasio is getting from this? He has no chance. Zero chance. Everyone knows it including him. And every bit of publicity he's getting has been far from helpful to him. He's worse off than when it was only speculation that he'd throw his hat into the ring. And it's only going to get worse.
What's in it for him? A few bankrolls of cash for just another tool pushing even farther leftward in a standard democratic attempt to get the R's to give up a little ground and creep a bit more towards the center? Soros money? What gives, seriously?
