Good. That baw is a true hero
A 13 year old breaking into cars at 4am is beyond saving. I can’t even imagine the amount of parental failure that goes into something like this

Unless that kid had a weapon that doesn’t justify shooting someone. Even if someone is stealing your car. You cannot use deadly force.
