I'm a proponent of capital punishment, as I believe Jesus wasn't condemning the punishment tactic itself. Therefore He wasn't condemning the punishment for the 2 thieves He was crucified with.
The better translation of those verses of the Bible identify the two as “bandits.“ That term was Roman codespeak for armed political dissidents.

Sad thing is that the main reason for this is because no one knows the race of the shooter yet, but can assume he's black due to it not being mentioned and it being DC. If he were white, then it would have been made a "racist" thing by the white cuck "defenders" of the black race and race baiters.
Worse thing is that all we "white supremacist" racists on this board are feet first defending the shooter, without the knowledge of his race, but with the assumption he is a black man. But yet are the "racists".
