That community could have those daycares filled with kids in 30 minutes with a couple of text messages to the other Somalis in the community, they don't need a craig's list ad to pay thousands of dollars for child actors.

I wouldn’t be so sure. What’s lost in this story, that the local media covered so well, is the untenable growth rate of these programs… far beyond population growth. It was one of the original red flags. There’s not enough kids from families in on the grift to fill these centers at the same time as the world watches.
