I got a feeling this is a lot like the “conservative states have higher murder rates” canard the left likes to trot out. When you look closely at the data, you see it’s skewed by democrat run cities.

When you see these "Red State vs Blue State" polls, they are almost always intended to mislead.
Just because a state is "Red", doesn't mean there aren't millions of Democrat sickos living in those states.

One could reason that the searches are abnormally low for at least two reasons:
1. "Femboy" is a word I haven't heard in years I'd bet. Not that my finger is on the pulse of loser trends, but outdated terms are probably not hot search topics in Leftist swamps. I'd bet this term was selected because it was the one that fit their agenda. If they counted searches for "monkeypox symptoms" and "am I gay if I sleep with a male poodle" then they'd be off the charts in blue counties.
2. Red counties would have to go on the internet to find it; people in blue counties only need to stick their heads out the windows.

It's also odd that large cities known to host vpn servers like Dallas and Atlanta aren't darker red than surrounding counties.
