When will people learn? Disputes are settled in the courts, not the streets. That’s the way the system is designed. If you try to settle you dispute on the street 10/10 times you will lose.

Here’s the issue, if three cops can’t stop one guy from calmly walking to his door without executing him then they don’t need to be cops.

I hope for the cop’s sake there was a gun, but it shouldn’t matter. You can’t allow someone to go digging in their car for whatever they may come out with, be it a gun, knife, pepper spray, a hammer, or whatever. The rioters will never acknowledge it, but if you force a cop to defend themselves and their fellow officers, that’s exactly what they will do, and rightly so.
