On top of that, people 17-24 seem to be stupider on normal than average because they think they will live forever. Alcohol may be involved, too.
If you get groups of people who do stupid things together in large enough groups, they play “Hold my beer” and someone gets hurt.

Nowhere is racism, systemic or otherwise, mentioned in the article. The story is about a park program to target a specific demographic for marketing an educational safety campaign. That demo makes up all but one of the drownings in the river going back ten years.

Perfect example of today’s society. Blame the river for the attempted swimmer’s failure to be able to swim. Several non- swimmers fail and thus it must be the fault of the body of water.
