No. I have not seen a reputable reliable poll say any such thing, you are the one resorting to hysteria (“you have all literally gone crazy”,….”terror campaign “). This is what an overwhelming majority of Americans voted for and what we want, get the people out of our country that are here illegally.
As far as your supposed “doctor “,……GOOD! There are many people in academia that just neglect visa applications, and administrative requirements…..maybe they will take this seriously if we send them off.
This problem is a result of the malevolent practice of the Democrats, trying to bring in future “D” voters, and inflating the population census values to get more House seats in their voting base areas.

The successful deportation of 10M illegal aliens from blue city strongholds would give back 13 House seats to the Republicans.

She's still illegal and in ICE detention awaiting deportation.
And her dad, too. Arrested on his own traffic violations.
So they came here, somehow got cars, ignored the need for a licensee.
Broke at least 2 laws a day for God only knows how long?
Who gave them a loan and title for the cars?

bullshite. This is a typical excuse for all jobs held by illegals. Is your buddy paying them legal wages?

Carpet is dying out. It’s laminate, vinyl flooring and tile now that really drive the market.

They have a system that they can legally work here they chose not to do that. The HR departments are too lazy to make it work correctly because they aren’t capable. It’s a win win for companies as long as they never face penalties for their actions. You slap fines on these companies and put some hr people in cuffs and this shite stops.
It’s a win win for companies if the gov looks the other way they get cheap labor without the risk. Then it also allows them to hold down all their legal residents wages because the illegals can drive down the market average.

I’d bet a pretty red penny that she is going to college for free.
Several articles have reported that she is paying for college at out-of-state rates.

"There needs to be a path to legal status for the folks who bust their arse in those factories all day to make MADE IN AMERICA carpets and rugs."
There is a path. You apply and go thru the steps. You don't come illegally, either by crossing the border at night, or coming across and then never leaving, and NEVER initiate or try to initiate the due process of acquiring citizenship. There is a proper way to do it, but some administrations have made it too easy to just do nothing, continue to work without the proper documentation and live off of the government teat. Welcome to reality.....we can no longer support this type of behavior. No country can do it for very long, and survive.

Good for her... however, making it impossible for them to exist in this country illegally is how we correct the massive issue that illegal immigration has become in this country...

So all these pages and none of you Catamounts have corrected Rig yet?
It’s a carpet mill…not factory.
ETA: I see both sides of this and the influx of illegals to Dalton is a problem that has spanned decades mostly unchecked. The flooring industry put all of my good friends through college but consolidation, the industry moving away from carpet and easily obtained illegal workers did a number on that whole region.
That said, I don’t like the idea of coming down too hard on a multi generational illegal immigrant that is obviously trying to better herself. There needs to a bridge because you can’t remedy 40 years of turning a blind eye to this problem in one term.
