In that incident, officers smelled what they thought was PCP. They arrested Brown for being under the influence of a narcotic and for unlawful carry of a weapon by a license holder.
Brown went to jail and was released just two months ago.
WFAA talked to family members and learned Brown is the father of 18 children and worked as a janitor at Parkland Hospital.

Can't say I'm surprised. They are LEOs and terrorists that claim to be BLM (but aren't--real BLMs don't claim this crazy lunatic terrorists) attacked LEOs. Gotta protect your own.

I know you would love to hear that a LEO shot another unarmed black guy, but unfortunately, that's not the case.
However, 3 different black guys in 3 different cities, managed to kill 3 innocent white people today, including a police officer and firefighter, while injuring many more. I'm sure you could care less about that though.
