Sounds like a statement intended to force Egypt and Jordan to help figure this out.
And also to force them to publicly state they do not want Hamas (we all know there are no actual Muslim "Palestinians") in their countries.

There is no saving Gaza. You either wall it off and end up with Oct 7 again, or you destroy everything and everybody there, then turn it into a beach resort. The world doesn’t have the stomach to truly tackle this problem.
