So now you're arguing semantics to justify charging a man with a felony when he willingly provided the information requested to the Special Counsel and had no access to the very information he needed to confirm his answer. Why are you so afraid of Russia when Honest Bob acts just like them?

Agreed. The only criminality going on here is that they were stupid enough to lie about their fore-knowledge.
These are minor charges and everyone is getting worked up about them, that frenzy will just feed the eventual media narrative that this is some sort of boom.
