I think people and corporations lose sight of the thing they're "celebrating". Calling it Pride or LGBTQetc... sanitizes and normalizes the fact they are referring to sex acts between people. Wtf... does not belong in a family friendly restaurant.

Caved? I don't think so. Until they fire their woke CEO and woke board members, abandon the remodel plans, abandon their DEI and LBGTQABC support, and improve the food quality, they haven't caved or made any positive changes. Again, this wasn't about the logo. It was and still is about the issues I just mentioned. As of right now, they're still woke. Go woke, go broke. When will these companies learn???

Branding is important and your identity is tied to it. When you are an institution that generations of families have loyally gone to and created memories at, enjoyed meals over etc.. you basically become an extension of that family. When you have the same people serving you your meal and know your order before you place it and you know about each other children and grandchildren it becomes a 2nd home. They somehow forgot that by forgetting their roots, or having a disdain for them. I've been to CB once, in Bowling Green. But I remember the meal and it will be 5 years ago come October. It was a unique experience for me as they are barely getting into our local area. Be proud of your history (and by extension proud of your customers that made you what you were) and be a family friendly restaurant... and for God's sake stop with the lgbt stuff. That is not your core consumer. I didn't know that was a thing before this thread. Yikes.
