Bail on those people who believe its “the most responsible thing to do to require vaccines” but are A ok with a baby being aborted at 9 months.

If your kid is really ncaa or MLB material, it will work out. This lib tourney aint gonna matter.

Was it a turf field? The person working the stand may not know the real reason. Parks with turf have banned gum, seeds, and peanuts...

The difference is, they said they can't sell them. They didn't say they don't carry them.

Not in some places. There are parks with traditional fields that are not selling seeds or peanuts because of Covid... Went to a High School game the other night and no peanuts because muh Covid...

Walker has since contacted the chamber of commerce in Cooperstown

Don't get your kid vaccinated, take the hit, and then sue for breach of contract and damages on potential future earnings.

Might as well have called the local clown college.

In the United States, chambers do not operate in the same manner as the Better Business Bureau in that, while the BBB has the authority to bind its members under a formal operation doctrine (and, thus, can remove them if complaints arise regarding their services), the local chamber membership is either voluntary or required by law. Some chambers are partially funded by local government, others are non-profit, and some are a combination of the two. Chambers of commerce also can include economic development corporations or groups (though the latter can sometimes be a formal branch of a local government, the groups work together and may in some cases share office facilities) as well as tourism and visitor bureaus.

First mistake was deciding to spend your earned dollars in a shithole state like NY. Unless they've been under a rock, they had to know what they were dealing with by going to vacation in NY!

Awfully pricey to go play in lib land.
I can appreciate the sentiment, but I bet Cooperstown went Trump big time. Most all upstate NY did.

Travel ball has been an escape for COVID so far this season. Basically the only place that no one wears masks in New Orleans.

Eh, playing in Cooperstown is about the experience, not college recruiting... It is an overpriced experience in my opinion but crazy baseball parents are willing to pay it...

There are other "experiences" around the country that are cheaper and pretty much the same thing other than "not Cooperstown"...

A baseball field in New York is requiring that everyone 12 years and older must be vaccinated for the coronavirus before participating in an upcoming tournament

They should come to a tournament in the south. Not one single mask in sight and everyone having a good time.

The real travesty of this story.

I think it’s a pretty big travesty that entities are going to be pushing for America’s youth to be shot up with a serum for something that isn’t going to kill them, or even make them very sick, for that matter. Frick that noise.

Cooperstown says that they are “hopeful” that the vaccines will be accessible a minimum of 21 days prior to any registration date.

Well, the vaccine is useless for this tournament then. It takes 4-6 weeks AFTER your second/final shot for your body to build immunity.

Dumb asses.

I've heard about this Cooperstown trip for little league baseball players. Sounds like a total scam.
