Count on Putin invading an Eastern Euro NATO Member within the next 3-6 months

As soon as Russia takes the Ukraine, Putin will bring a massive army to nato’s border. A full Russian invasion of Europe is coming.

Unless he's bringing China with him, his military doesn't stand a fighting chance against just the United States, much less all of NATO. He doesn't have enough forces to fight the entire western front vs NATO and in the Pacific vs Pacific fleet (and Japan/Australia/SK, if need be)

If that happens WWIII would officially be on. And that’s not hyperbole, either. Anyone who’s paying attention knows that but also knows Putin likely won’t do that. Why would he pick a fight with the very alliance he’s trying to avoid by invading Ukraine?

Russia is struggling with Ukraine. It should not have been this difficult for them to have advanced. Ukraine has no air-force: that's massive.
Russia's momentum is halted, per numerous reports. They're having to increase deployments to move forward.
The longer this goes, the worse it gets.
Oh, and when the sanctions against Belarus hit, is their population going to take to the streets again to protest their corrupt crook of a president?
This could go very wrong for Putin.

First of all, WE and NATO wouldn’t be “starting” WWIII over that. Putin would’ve started it by invading Latvia. We and NATO would finish it because we have Latvia’s back, legally and morally. That’s the difference between that hypothetical scenario and the Ukraine situation - we have Ukraine’s back morally but not legally. We are under no obligation to help them.

Yes. Should we? No. Will we? Yes.
Pressuring China from the North, South, East and West is the #1 geopolitical goal of the United States.
Regime change in Russia is the only way to accomplish that.
Of course, with better leadership (over 30 years or so) the US would've made Russia a true ally, rather than a bullied afterthought.

Russia has a weaker economy than Italy. They can't afford to fight that big of a war.
If they step one foot in Poland, Slovakia, or Romania the western world will come down on them. I wouldn't be surprised if we left the Baltic countries out to dry though.

Invading a NATO country would result in a confrontation with the United States. Everyone knows this to include the Russians. That conflict cannot be won by Russia and they know this.
