I never thought that there was a paucity of lawyers in New York, but it seems that they are rounding up the usual suspects in politicized litigation. First, Gov. Hochul appoints Letitia James, the single most political AG in the country, as special counsel. LINK Now Cornell has hired Sally Yates as its investigator. LINK Yates ordered Justice Department attorneys not to assist Trump after he was elected in 2016 on his immigration policies.

They'll find a couple of white boys to pin this on yet.

PS - The biggest idiots on the planet are white males who support the Democrat Party.

Taking action and hiring an investigator is the right call by the school to get pressure off but you pick someone more universally respected or at least not controversial

You don’t self sabotage and pick someone ideologically compromised and guaranteed to blast them new aholes regardless of what the actual situation is on campus. Tremendous self own

I know right... can they be more obvious protecting Jane Doe but doxing the Cornell7?

I think Turley defined lawfare for the highly confused mentally challenged, SFP.

SAY IT OUTLOUD 3 TIMES, SFP....

Politicized litigation
Politicized litigation
Politicized litigation

The only difference between the New York justice system and Nazi Germany's is that New York does not have to power to order summary executions yet.

What is the difference between Tish James and Roland Friesler? the ability to hand out death sentences

Imagine the most obnoxious, entitled fat black woman you have ever met in Walmart or somewhere similar and that is who NY has for an attorney general.

Cornell investigated the case and issued a 100-page report. The DA looks at the case and declines to prosecute.

Then 2-years later a top Manhattan Plaintiff's firm gets ahold of the case and the pleadings are so egregious that an angry mob demands a different outcome.

Now you got the weight of the state of NY bearing down on everyone involved.

The plaintiff's firm involved here was involved on the plaintiff's side of the Harvey Weinstein and P Diddy cases. One of the lawyers hired to defend a frat guy was involved on the defense side of the P Diddy case.

The case gets filed in New York State Supreme Court, New York County — Manhattan — not in Tompkins County, where the alleged assault occurred. This was the same district as the initial E Jean Caroll case until it ended up in federal court.

Yeah so it's fair to say these Cornell 7 got a tough row to hoe. They in the most politicized district in the most politicized state in America with top-guns from the state of NY appointed to work they arse over.

May well be the most expensive piece of 'free pussy' in history when all said and done.

Those boys are fricked. It is not a question of right or wrong. It is about feelings and scorned whores.
