We've spent over $1 trillion dollars fighting the war on drugs. At what point is it no longer worth it? We need to drastically change our laws and change what we consider a crime to be. We should have a lot less laws, our cops shouldn't be bonafide tax collectors like highway patrolmen have turned into. We have to stop putting people in cages because they possess a substance but aren't harming people in any way. We need to allow everyone a trial by jury and not do our best to get around them by threatening civilians with longer penalties for going to trial. The list goes on and on, it's an evil empire and most cops think they're doing the Lords work when in reality it's the exact opposite.

Lol, you're the one who came in the thread throwing a fit that anyone would dare criticize the bois in blue. Not one of word of criticism about the incident and go into a campaign of wanting to hire even more officers to uphold unconstitutional laws. But maybe you think covid mandates were just wonderful.

You just found the first major issue and the area of law that needs to be scaled back and regulated much more strongly. Police have been given way too much authority to intrude in the lives of citizens while driving and they should be much more regulated and the citizen should be protected to avoid whatever comes after the words I just quoted

And no, in FL the cops do not have that right. There was a whiny little cop at my CCL class that admitted as much but implored us to tell them anyway if we were carrying a gun. Why is that? Why do they think they are better than everyone else?

It’s rare that I ever interact with police. Maybe once every three years or so. But I tell them I am armed because I don’t want the fat fricks in my county to overreact and shoot me when they realize I am armed. I have a veteran plate so you know they’re already feeling insecure.

Wait, cops arrest people for ILLEGAL activities?

Cool. I've been pull over several times. I've never been accosted, shot, or arrested. I also am respectful of law enforcement and i don't commit crimes. So...it's incredibly easy to not get shot/arrested by LEO's. Why can't you do it?

That's not what the search warrant said.
This was total BS by the cops and they should be arrested. But don't make it more dramatic.
It was not a no-knock warrant, and the accusations were not violence based. This was all cops committing criminal acts.
