When Tucker says, “when people free their minds by the trap set by others” in the context of his speech, what is he talking about?

I don't think TPUSA should deplatform Tucker. The Israel -vs- Qatar divide is ridiculous.
Posted on 12/19/25 at 9:34 am to cajunangelle
When the lineup for this event was first released, while Charlie Kirk was alive, Tucker Carlson was a headliner and Ben Shapiro wasn't.
I'll just leave that little nugget here.

Or...the average Ben Shapiro podcast.
The difference between Ben and Tucker are that Tucker gets the emotion it takes to get people to tune in. Ben understands the math, finances, logic, and history that render emotion impotent.

This MUH Qatar narrative has really taken off. It's pretty funny. It's also not factual. Here is a table with middle east countries contributions to U.S. politicians. Qatar is fourth.

Ben doesn’t care about Americans. He will import a million Indians if it benefits corporations. Can’t afford a home in the place you grew up? Too bad loser, you shouldn’t live there per Ben Shapiro. Want to retire? Lol frick you lazy bum, you should work until you are 90 per podcast host Ben Shapiro.
He doesn’t care about American people at all and he doesn’t hide it.

Inevitable.
Mr "Dark MAGA" is a Trojan Horse. Always has been a conman (and an awkward bad actor. Maybe his brain-chip won't allow him to act normal.)
He supported the CV Vax. The Lockdowns. The Global Warming hoax. In Elon's "utopia", there will be an Oligarchical Technocratic One World Government where billionaire occultist-transhumanists rule this world and "useless eaters" collect UBI.

Yesterday’s gushing over Ben Shapiro’s speech against Tucker on “X” was the biggest load of manufactured crap I’ve ever seen. It was all fake.
[Even] Andrew Klavan had thousands of likes on the tweet after tweeting something extremely generic like “It’s a shame this had to be said”
Bravo!
These phonies are attempting to synthesize consensus and claiming THE mantle of moral high-ground out of thin air. As for Klavan's supposed rabid support, gimme a break.

And all Shapiro did was scream about free markets. Shapiro doesn’t give a rip about Americans. He will outsource every job to an Indian if he can make money. He doesn’t care that private equity vultures everything in American as long as the money machine goes brrrr and Israel gets a cut.
More Truth.

I think that chart is dated. Qatar has been shown to step up their influences.
Again-I am not taking sides. Tucker called for Qatar to be the new Israel. So there is that weirdness...

Inorganic X campaigns are so easy to spot. You'd think they'd come up with a better strategy. You can see it in the hate CO got once she started talking about the Egyptian planes.

Nice work.
How the nonsense Qatar narrative has gained ANY serious traction is a credit to the Shapiro-Levin Influencer "Tip Jar" and the zombies who parrot them.

He doesn’t care about American people at all and he doesn’t hide it.
He cares about a growing economy, which benefits all Americans, and like he's said many time, facts don't care about your feelings.
Why do you import Indians? Because we don't have enough skilled Americans to fill the vacancies. I know. I've struggled to find them. We have a ton of business and liberal arts majors, but we don't have enough STEM majors to continue to push the technological advances forward. Blame that on our antiquated education system that focuses on the bottom 10% and sacrifices the top 10%, and a higher education system that focuses on being diploma mills and not a skills training program that prepares people for skillsets that are actually in demand.
Home prices are high. Fine. There are many reasons for this, and everyone has their own opinion about what the largest contributor is. The generation before me had to live with 18% interest and they figured it out and prospered. This generation expects the government to hand them solutions to solve their problems so they don't have to live within their means.
Retire? Retirement is for people who sacrifice when they're young and prioritize saving over living beyond their means (for young Americans, this means only buying what you can afford and not wanting to live like your parents who worked 30 years to get to where they are). Should there be a safety net for people who can't physically work? Yes, but it should be a safety net, not fund a lavish retirement at the expense of current workers who can't afford homes because too much of their income is taken in taxes.
You can say "you don't care about Americans", but all you're doing is appealing to emotion. Emotion is what got us in the mess we're in. Instead of giving the poor opportunities, we prioritized the nanny state that takes care of them from cradle to grave and gets them voting with their hand out, all in the name of "fairness". That's a leftist mentality, not a traditional American mentality.
And by the way, we've spent over $22 trillion on the "War on Poverty". The taxpayer has done more than their fair share.
If you have principles and not emotions, you have to accept the fact that government is the problem and you can't depend on them to fix it. You have to work hard, make sacrifices, and think long-term like past generations did (except for the people that voted for FDR and LBJ...screw them).
Tucker could be elected President one day because he says what people want to hear. Shapiro could never be elected because he tells you what you NEED to hear.

Proof positive your argument lacks reasoning: anytime you have to resort to ad hominem attacks.
Proof positive you're young and ignorant: when you use terms invented in the last 15 seconds to make said ad hominem attacks.

This is and has always been complete BS. If this were true, why is India basically a third world country?

Compare the median home price and the median household income over the past 30 years. One is significantly outpacing the other.

Shapiro didn't frame it like this. He stated you have an obligation to work well past 65. I dont know many companies looking to hire 60 year olds.

Im saying Ben Shapiro doesn't care about Americans because he doesnt care about Americans. Corporations come first. That is corporatism. Outsourcing all of our jobs is bad for our nation and bad for its people but Shapiro loves it because it makes businesses profit. Well don't be surprised when people who don't feel like a system is working for them decide to break the system in half.
