Congresswoman suggests black people be exempt from taxes as a form of reparations, then she remembers …
A Texas Democrat floated the suggestion that black people should be exempt from paying U.S. taxes to make up for slavery in the nation’s early years.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett delivered the bizarre suggestion in an interview on “The Black Lawyers Podcast” last week while talking about reparations for slavery. After that eyebrow-raising idea, she followed with another, essentially saying poorer black Americans don’t pay taxes anyway.

I'd love to see a breakdown of taxes paid by race. I suspect there is a disparity not in caucasians favor already.

Its probably not the popular opinion on here, but I'm not against that as long as it has income limits and a time limit attached.

They already get free damn checks! Negative income tax returns should not be a thing. If your tax liability is zero(what a joke that is), you get what you paid in. Not a damn penny more.

That's the real question - why have a multi-billion dollar annual enterprise called IRS to collect part of what .Gov needs to operate, and print the rest, when you could fire all those people, save all that money, let me keep all that I earn, and just print all that .Gov needs to operate?
