sure if that will get them to shut up about it. Most people dont pay taxes, but if we make them exempt from paying then they are exempt from refunds as well.
Government will probably save money on this one, so lets do it.

Do they tax welfare? Think how unfair it is to exempt taxes to someone who isn't taxed.

Account for transfer payments and the vast majority pay nothing now.
