The argument I've seen them try to make is that jews hate Christians more than anyone, so jews are using muslims to kill off Christians.
They look at everything through the lens that the ultimate goal of the jews is to eradicate Christianity. Therefore, they can blame the jews for all the evils of islam.
I've even seen them say that Israel attacked Gaza and Lebanon to kill the Christians there, not the terrorists.
