But I'm not sold on the Chinese or Turkish equipment they brag about having - neither's been tested in combat. That, and having watched India fumble their way against China in that border dispute - one where they were literally killing each other by throwing rocks at one another - I have serious doubts about their land capabilities.
Agreed. The only non American stuff I saw there didn’t work at all. They had a huge graveyard for Russian,Turkish, and some Chinese stuff that I saw when we had to go one time to look for parts to put on a cobra helo we outfitted and did some integration work on.
Of course none of it worked so we had to wait for someone to pay off someone else’s tribe to get stuff through customs to complete it.
Just a couple of those retards took a week to learn what I usually trained a group of ten to do in a day. And this wasn’t hard stuff either

Gonna be interesting to see how fast these two countries adapt to drone technology, too
This will be the key. I trained these idiots to use thermal imaging cameras and integrated weapons and mapping systems Talk about a nightmare. They could barely operate their helos much less the systems our tax dollars paid ridiculous amounts for.
Also one of the only times I wasn’t allowed to do in flight training cause their pilots were so damn bad.
So I’d expect them to crash whatever they use a whole lot. But you’d think they would have the upper hand with China sending drones if they have or will.

Indentured servants with similar but inferior skills are way cheaper though.
They don't come here for that really.
Honestly, I'd rather bring in those types from Mexico. They at least work hard.

Meanwhile we're dropping ours in the ocean.

God forbid someone post a link instead of a Tweet embed.
From a Paki source:
ISI: We don't know where Bin Laden is!!
And even the Pakis are admitting they weren't in Paki airspace.

Two airplanes crashed in India-run Jammu and Kashmir, and another in India’s Punjab state, the source said. It was not immediately clear what had happened to the pilots, according to the AFP report.
Wreckage of an Indian fighter jet was seen by an AFP photographer at Wuyan — on the Indian controlled side of Kashmir.
The crashes came after New Delhi launched missile strikes on Pakistan, and the two sides then fired heavy artillery along their contested frontier.
In a swift and decisive response to India’s missile attack, Pakistan’s military shot down five Indian aircraft and destroyed an Indian brigade headquarter, Pakistan’s Defence Minister said.
Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif told Bloomberg TV that Pakistan’s military shot down five Indian jets and multiple drones in response to India’s airstrikes along the Line of Control. Information Minister Attaullah Tarar also confirmed this, stating that the jets were downed in various locations.

I'm guessing that's normal for paid shills whether they're AI or Cheeto-powered.

Can you imagine all the Indian pilots getting flooded with calls “your aircraft warranty has expired and we’re here to help”

Y’all are getting a front row seat, pretty much globally, to see why we are beyond dominant in the field of battle. It’s not close.
How in the hell do you surmise that?
Name the last time US forces faced a near peer adversary with modern anti air equipment…definitely wasn’t in Iraq and Afghanistan nor in Syria…it was Vietnam and we lost plenty in the air to Soviet and Chinese made AA.

I think the biggest factor that hinders our military is our politicians. If we completely unleashed the hounds of war it would be insane
Posted on 5/7/25 at 10:14 am to John Barron
Rooting for Pakistani terrorists is no better than rooting for Hamas.
Posted on 5/7/25 at 10:16 am to SwampMonster
Being dominant on the battle field doesn't mean no loss of military equipment. It's war aircraft will be shot down and tanks will be taken out. Being dominated means having the capability to inflict those losses on the enemy at a higher rate than they can inflict them on you and being able to make up for those losses at a higher rate. Two things that the US is more than capable of doing.
