The skilled workers left because of the taxes and plaintiff attorneys and cultures- yat dumbasses, coonass dumbasses, non denominational dry parish dumbasses, cultcha dumbasses. LA culture is unique for it's corruption and the dumbasses whose ballots reflect a strong desire to keep the proud tradition of perennial buggerings alive in perpetuity

What improvements do you suggest? We have tried scores of approaches over the past 5 decades, fixing a system that worked. The student body is the main problem. The only way for education to improve is for our students to try to do better. Lazy, cognitively deficient dolts don't do well in any system.
The health care and educational systems are fine it is the dysfunctional portion of our population that stress the system.

I have specifically NOT opened a branch in Louisiana for these reasons, among lack of growth... in part caused by those things.

Who doesn’t have this?

Correct. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Ignoring the terrible logic of relating skilled workers to education and healthcare.....
Louisiana spends about $12,362 per student. The national average is $12,756. Yet we are at the bottom in education ratings.

LINK
Louisiana ranks #27 in healthcare spending per capita. Again, about middle of the pack.

Yet we are consistently last in multiple metrics.
For some reason I feel like you don't know what you are talking about.

Do you realize how much we waste on education and health care? When is enough enough?
Come to Louisiana, where your kids can grow up to be great bartenders, black jack dealers, kitchen staff or hotel employees.

It’s always muh more money. No correlation exist in the amount of money spent on an education and the quality of an education.

Where do we rank in car insurance?
Where do we rank in population growth?
Where do we rank in job growth?
Where do we rank in size of state govt. per capita?
