"Calling on Albany to provide additional revenue" = Tax TF out of people living outside the commie hellhole of NYC to transfer wealth to said commies so they can piss it away on Utopia.
Rural NY is a beautiful place. But if you're a small landowner who's not down with being a vassal to the commies, you need to sell your place and run like hell before they tax you out of it. Should have done it years ago, honestly.
