I think Flynn probably broke some laws regarding his income and registering as a foreign agent. He won't be charged for crimes related to those though because both allow a person to amend their statements. Meaning you can go back and say "I forgot to include this income" on your tax forms and no problem, just give the goernment their money. Likewise you can go back and say "I forgot to include this " on a federal form like registering as a foreign agent and that's fine, not because it is right to allow people to do so, but because it is the law. You can't charge someone for breaking a law that has essentially never been enforced. That's fairly elementary stuff.
As far as Flynn, or anyone else who was involved in Trump's campaing having ANYTHING to do with anything Russia may or may not have done in regards to our election. No I don't think there is anyone in that group who did anything illegal. Primariy because 7 investigations later we still have seen NO evidence of such.
