He's lying, I heard him lie during that committee hearing. I remember telling my wife - that creep just lied to that committee.

He's a democrat - lying is in their DNA.

President Trump is right about.........everything.

I really believe the POTUS Trump administration was counting on Comey to react exactly this way. This will be even more fun to watch unfold now.

My question is, was the special prosecutor illegally appointed, like Jack Smith? If so, what incompetent, stupid, idiot, allowed this to happen???

You all asked for this.

I've never understood why fricks like you are in full support of corruption. These people spied on a President, in a manner far worse than Watergate, and you clap like a fricking seal in approval. It's disgusting.

I think you missed this part, Jim.

Just because it was dismissed without prejudice doesn't mean that it CAN be brought again.

This portion of the Court's Memorandum explains why the invalid Comey indictment probably won't defeat the timeliness problem.

Well yeah, if I file suit in the wrong venue or against the wrong party it doesn’t interrupt prescription. That’s a pretty universal legal concept.

The indictment will be found to be valid upon appeal and Halligan to have been lawfully appointed.

I struggle with this.

I'm beginning to think she has absolutely no idea, or a hard time understanding what occured in 16/17 and the fallout from the Mueller persecution and other linked aggression.

Probably why there were rumors about Kash and Bongino not getting along with her

She really stepped in it regarding the binders about Epstein and gave the Dems an opportunity to hang the long time "right wing conspiracy" around Trump's neck in a catch 22. Trump stepped all over his dick as a follow up

For all the F-ups, if they get the Florida cases right, all will be well because the real heavy hitters are going to see a non DC area jury in those trials.

I'm no lawyer, thank God, and I don't know if the SOL has ran out on Comey but it hasn't on Tish.

Comey will be rolled up in Florida, anyways. He's been subpoenaed there, I believe.

By which court? The Fourth Circuit APPOINTED Judge Currie to hear the case. They are not going to reverse her.

One of the best Supreme Court Justices, Samuel Alito, is on record (I know the thorough Jim Everett of PoliBoard fame isn't sure about this) as agreeing that a second interim US Attorney has to be appointed by the District Court.

I doubt this gets reversed.

Comey will never be convicted of anything. He probably won’t go to trial. The
DOJ seems to be incompetent..
Ms. Leavitt sounds more and more clueless everytime she opens her mouth. But she has a thankless, hopeless job. So I guess it’s not all her fault…
