The arrest warrants are nice but I wish there were some way to do business without them.

The Rangers are not going to Chicago. Plus the charges will be dropped anyway in the future.

This is why the cuck TX House speaker has no business giving away leadership positions to those clowns.

I appreciate the effort though.

Yes. Maybe they can schedule a vote on school prayer or something like that.

Maybe you misread my post. I agree with you. Trying is just the first step toward possible failure. Never try.

If he is openly say this than Abbott has to follow through.

Serious question, can bounty hunters cross state lines?

Zero authority outside state lines.

Pure theatre.

Yes and that's the Texas Supreme Court which means the ruling applies in Texas
and Abbott already has the authority in Texas o direct the Texas Rangers to arrest those that are avoiding a vote

that's why they left Texas to get away from any jurisdiction that could arrest them

U.S. Marshals are the Federal Courts' Law Enforcement

2 totally different things
according to the law

How did the TX House vote on arrests without the quorum? Couldn't they have just voted on the new map? That's how you know you're being played.

Pussies fled the districts and the state they were elected to represent. If I can’t win I’ll take my ball and go elsewhere.

The House doesn't need to vote on the arrest
when the Speaker convenes the House of Representatives They determine whether they have a quorum or not because they cannot proceed to actually pass legislation unless they do

Now Abbott is the chief executive of this state and the executive branch's responsibility is enforcement he then can direct the Texas Rangers the officers of the Texas Department of Public Safety to arrest anyone who's not in Austin and they're avoiding a vote which is illegal in Texas under Texas law

But that's why they had fled out of the state of Texas which opens up whole other issues far too complicated for any of you

What about the constitutional authority to replace them?

I would do that post haste and see if they come back to sue. then arrest them.

So why did they just make a big show about voting on arrests - without a quorum or the ability to enforce it anyway?

This is now just a big fundraising effort by all involved.
