They booed at Gillette too. I'm sure they did in other stadiums as well.

But still gave their hard earned money to those kneeling players who earned more today than most will all year.

These snowflakes are too weak to stay away , cut the cord or stop watching.

Funny how hushing free speech is okay when it's something the board agrees with.

Honouring the American flag shouldn't be a "free speech issue" among fellow Americans.

Yet again you are trying to politicize our flag when it is in no way political.

There are no sides to take. Either you're an American and love this country or not.

It would not be a problem if there was not a double standard.

So he can be fired for his voice, but we have to suck it up on these players kneeling.

But what you are really wanting is for the LEFT to speak freely and the right to be quiet.

I'm really at a loss understanding why it's so popular to be so lackadaisical towards the flag. When I was young, we used to stand every day to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. When I was on my 4 deployments, prior to rolling outside the wire, my crew and o would sing the national anthem.

Now you have a lot of people saying "who cares, it's just a meaningless symbol". When did things get so jacked up that it's ok to half of Americans to not give a shite?

Funny that you don't even understand what free speech truly means.

They booed so loudly that people couldn't hear the players kneel?

Very few of these guys have actually said anything, how many have actually stated a coherent statement other than this easy little exercise?

Since we allowed the communist to take over our education system.

And that's not a joke.

Progressives have been undertaking a campaign to undermine the foundation of this country. They hate this country at their core. Nasty people

When you have millions of people who have had all their needs met without putting in any of their own effort all while being extraordinarily culturally walled off from the realities of a life that doesn't garner all basic needs being met.

They've never feared having no food or shelter. Even the poorest in our country have cell phones, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at their finger tips.

It's a bunch of spoiled shits that are realizing they don't have any purpose in life besides being full time consumers. They are trying to find purpose where there is none and for some bizarre reason the American flag has gained their attention as a target. Americanism itself is under attack yet they don't realize they are the EXACT embodiment of Americanism gone wrong.

You can love this country and criticize it for its flaws. The constitution says they we are striving to make a more perfect union. It's the epitome of Americanism to draw attention to the flaws our society has and try to have a civil discussion on how to fix them.

If flag burning is protected under the first amendment as free speech; I'm sure kneeling for the anthem is also under that umbrella.

How about booing the kneelers? I guess you equate that to the violence of the Demonrat Party's hired brownshirts.

Nobody is trying to 'hush' them. They are guaranteed free speech by our constitution. They are not however, free from any consequences of their actions. The market is going to decide their fate.

I'm thinking that they won't like those consequences very much.
