Great point, there needs to be one good reported case that highlights this Robin DiAngelo crap and any employer who uses her material will entering a suicide pact.
For decades employers have been attending employment law seminars to learn how to walk through the HR minefield to avoid litigation yet we have them now embracing obviously racist teachings.

Same employers thought a lot of shite was permissible until they got reamed out in court.

People forced into these indoctrination meetings should start filing charges with the EEOC. Of course the EEOC will not agree that the meetings are illegal, but the employee would get some pretty strong protection -- the fear of a subsequent retaliation claim should get the employer's attention.

Next thing they're going to do is come up with "Slave Camp" for white folks to enroll in. There you will be subject to all the heinous treatments that actual slaves endured just short of hanging or any other life-ending activities.
After 6 weeks of this, you will receive a certificate deeming you fully "Woke" and you will more than welcome the teachings of BLM as well as become a proponent of reparations.

This is 50% wrong, and IMO, why (apparently) black Americans are no better off after voting for only democrats for 60+ years. Conservative whites aren’t raised to feel superior. Conservatives clearly believe that we are all equal, which is proven by the attitude that a black person is capable of doing anything that my cracker arse can do. However, dimocrats have made it abundantly clear that they view black people as incapable of even obtaining an ID or registering to vote on time. Dims have also made clear that they believe black people are incapable of acting civilized when interacting with a cop. If not for democrats being there to explain that all cops are racist (even the black cops), evil conservatives might put the blame on the individual felon and reward the cop for fast thinking that saved innocent lives and removed a cancer from the community.
Just listen to the democrats talk. They will tell you that black people would go extinct if it wasn’t for their white arse being there to guide them along.
It amazes me that so many black people still fall for it.
