Unfortunately the guy is essentially a “coffee guy” at CNN trying to impress a chick that is out of his league. Hopefully in future tapes he throws some big names under the bus to impress his “date”

The guy with CNN that spilled the beans to an undercover Veritas interviewer is named Charles Chester. Here are some of his direct quotes, for those who haven't seen the video.

This stuff that keeps coming out is just further proof of the pot simmering. But we as a people need to boil over at the media and govt and not each other. the lie both entities are trying to portray as truth is that we are at war with each other. We need to turn on them in unison.

What would it take for a class action suit against news outlets willfully lying to their audiences? Proof of actual damages from their lies?

This. CNN is trash. But a technical director is someone literally getting paid to be told what buttons to be pushed on a switcher. “Take camera 5”, “take video”, etc.
Outside of the major news networks like CNN, FOX, etc....that job has been dissolved for years.
