That’s all good, Super Dave, but the group of commendations referenced herein are not the “highest civilian honor” Presidential Medals of Freedom that was confused (again, to put it diplomatically) in the initial post.

Dude, it took eleventeen posts for you to get to the point. You're questioning whether the commendation given Fauci by Trump was the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Okay. That shouldn't be hard to find out.
From my 3 second google effort, it was a different commendation. Fauci had already been recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

They had us all fooled in March, 2020. They scared the hell out of old, fat diabetics. Everyone has a relative or close friend with such characteristics. March, 2020 was when I went and stayed at the farm. But once they all started flip flopping not long after that, I lost confidence and developed an absolute disdain for him and Birx. Birx has admitted she lied. Fauci just says, "I didn't say that" when it's documented in interviews and such.

Things we knew in March of 2020.
We had enough ventilators.
The hospitalization rate for cases was under 5%.
The rate of patients in ICU was under 2.5% per case.
The IFR was under 1%.
The course of the illness in average was under 20 days.
Younger people and healthy people are at significantly less risk.
