if that tweet is "bullying", how is the negative and targeted commentary of CNN not considered "bullying"?

The openly gay CNN anchorman and self-proclaimed “Twitter King” was just listed as the worst journalist in 2014 by the Columbia Journalism Review for his many on-air gaffes and “cringe-worthy blunders.”
Ouch.
Some of Lemon’s offenses listed by CJR include:
-The time he asked guests whether missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 could have been eaten by a black hole. “I know it’s preposterous,” Lemon said, “but is it preposterous?”
-The time he compared the release of US Army POW Bowe Bergdahl to an episode of the Showtime series Homeland starring Claire Danes.
-The time he asked one of Bill Cosby’s alleged rape victims why she didn’t bite off his penis when he tried to attack her. “You know, there are ways not to perform oral sex if you didn’t want to do it,” Lemon said. “Meaning the use of teeth, right?”
-The time he went to Ferguson, MO to report on the mounting tensions between civilians and police and he described the scene as: “Obviously, there’s a smell of marijuana in the air.”
