CNN - Justice Department preparing for Mueller report as early as next week.

So when the final report finds that there was no concrete evidence of cospiratorial acts or collusion between Trump's campaign and a foreign entity...will the left accept the evidence (or lack thereof)? Or reject the evidence and fabricate their own conspiracy theories that the DOJ interfered with Mueller's investigation?

Nope, they will skyscream that Meuller was interfered with or wasn't given enough time.
Furthermore, everyone of them will try to read between the lines to say that Meuller didn't indict Trump but didn't clear him either.

My prediction:
Report will be unable to tie Trump to Russia but they'll leave circumstantial/ambiguous evidence strewn throughout the report thus opening the door for more investigations into each ambiguous piece of "evidence".
Should the report be a lock tight case against collusion, Democrats and their lapdogs in the media will go after Mueller as well as start the narrative that Trump pressured Muller and Co to clear him of all charges.
Report will be unable to tie Trump to Russia but they'll leave circumstantial/ambiguous evidence strewn throughout the report thus opening the door for more investigations into each ambiguous piece of "evidence".

Barr will not allow that. Mueller will try but Barr will not allow it. Technically this is not supposed to be a political document. Barr will bare as much innuendo and ambiguous circumstantial evidence from the report as possible.

I don't think Barr will let us see the report or make it public.
The left will then skyscream and turn on Mueller, because he is a "lifelong Republican". They will put all their hope and faith and trust in congressional democrats like Schiff to keep it going.

They aren't going to meltdown. They will say the same thing we said about Hillary. She broke the law but there was no intent so she got off. Mueller will state there is plenty of smoke but not enough to indict.
Or, heck we don't know if he found anything. all the folks dancing with glee before the report hits should take a few steps back and at least wait to see if Mueller found nothing. He has no problem going after process crimes never used to prosecute so it shouldn't be hard to nail a few more people. I like Trump but he and his entire staff can be sloppy. I wouldn't be surprised with more indictments for process crimes.

There was a post here the other day that was spot on. Barr isn't the knight in shining armor that the TRUST THE PLAN people think he is. He isn't going to come in and burn it all down and take action that leads to perp walks, mass arrests and cleaning house.
An Attorney General who would do that would never be confirmed by the Senate.
Barr is a compromise candidate. He is coming into clean up the DOJ/FBI but quietly. The Russia investigation will end with a whimper and end quietly. The dirty players will be forced out, but quietly. Barr will restore order and end the shenanigans quietly. Then he will position himself to work on Trump's agenda items like immigration and trade, as well as Trump's re-election.

The good news is, pencil neck pussyfart schiff for brains is powerless to do anything except show up on Sunday morning talk shows to make an arse of himself or host a committee hearing where those called to “testify” will basically tell him to stick his little pencil neck up his arse.
