I'd say this directly correlates to the fact that no one there is allowed to carry guns. Everyone in the crowd is a completely defenseless and powerless bystander because they demanded their government disarm them and make them one.

Shouldn’t have let them in their country.
On the other hand, the local police want to cancel the “black” Mardi Gras parade in Franklinton because there was a shooting in town the day of the parade. Not during the parade. Not on the parade route. Just in town after the parade. The truth is, they just don’t want to do the work, as is typical for government employees.

What sounds like bullshite most likely is.
There are 2500 markets across German and only a handful were canceled, and most of those were related to merchants not making a profit.

To put it into perspective for everyone, the Dresden Christmas Market has been in existence for 342 years longer than we’ve been a country. It’s been a tradition in Germany since 1434.

On a positive note, not sure if news like this helped, but Germany's PM Merz came out saying that Syrian refugees no longer have a reason for refugee status. So hopefully they start shipping them back. Something I've asked a few times in here why it hasn't been done with ones sent here. We need to send back refugees asap.
