3 and 5 aren't necessarily important. Jesus wasn't a political Messiah and wouldn't care if there's currently a nation-state called Israel.
He also supported the poor and opposed amassing wealth, but I don't see Him caring about the specific mechanism used to care for the poor.
Better 3 would be that Biden was the architect of mass incarceration and Kopmala railroaded innocent defendants.
Better 5 would be that Trump didn't start any new wars whereas Biden is a warmonger.
You should add 6, which is Biden making it harder for people to declare bankruptcy, and his support for Wall Street bailouts.

Biden is a Catholic not a Christian. Catholics put normal sinful people on equal footing as Christ. They're are other distinctions but that's a start
