For those suffering from mental impairment, this is the crime Pike is guilty of:
quote:
On January 12, 1995, Christa Pike, her boyfriend Tadaryl Shipp, and Shadolla Peterson lured fellow Job Corps student Colleen Slemmer to an isolated area near the University of Tennessee campus. Slemmer was told they wanted to make peace and offered her cannabis. Peterson acted as lookout while Pike and Shipp attacked Slemmer, beating and cutting her. The attack lasted about 30 minutes; they carved a pentagram into her chest, and Pike struck her head with a piece of asphalt, causing fatal brain injuries. Pike later had a fragment of Slemmer’s skull in her jacket.
And this...did her hormone imbalances or mental illness make her do this, so she should be given clemency, as her lawyers have asked for?

Have you spoken yet about whether this subject is allowed on the poli board? Did you start a help thread on this subject, are we allowed to post about Christa Pike?

This is clearly political. Why not just explain the political aspect of a woman stabbing a child?

Hey, Bestie-I'm sure you will be perfect for this job. Being against the death penalty is perfectly morally defensible and I wish you well personally and also that you fail in your efforts re the law. Don't mean that in a snarky way.

Do we know exactly how it was screwed up? Apologies if that was posted already.

I doubt she ever gets executed now.
She has a whole new batch of legal claims that will go on for years, she can now play mentally impaired, the governor has halted lethal injection, the feminized media will be in her corner 100% about her being the victim.

If you need it explained to you, you will never get it.
It seems to be a narrative of Clancy copycats. Can you conclude the purpose as spiritual warfare-and damned straight a political narrative for Oprah and Gayle King to girate in the news

Speculation only. I would imagine the true cause can't be reported because of evidence in an investigation.

The Tennessee Department of Correction is yet to say why the execution did not go as planned, though it has defended the method it used.
Dr Joel Zivot, an anaesthesiologist advising Pike's defence team, says it was not the case that Pike had some "special immunity" but suggested it was simply that not enough of the drug pentobarbital reached her bloodstream to kill her.
"Most of the pentobarbital, instead of circulating in her body, ended up in her arms, and that's how she lived," Zivot said.
Pike's medical condition of thrombocytosis, a blood-clotting condition, was highlighted in advance by Pike's legal team as an additional issue that could scupper the process. Before the attempted execution, they had filed a legal case challenging the injection protocol.
If clots of blood formed at the injection site as a result of thrombocytosis, they would potentially have blocked the chemical from entering her veins, the lawyers warned.

Forgive me I forgot to address this in your help board thread...
But your cannot stand to see or read about children being harmed, therefore wanting a topic dismissed on the poli board..As you started a thread about on the help board, is very strange.
Your presumption you are the only one who finds it revolting to even read about such horrid things as children hurt, is concerning. You verbally attacked me as if I took joy in the subject because I posted such subjects.
Here's some kind advice before I regret defending you from KCT again. If a subject is too sensitive to your eyes. Don't read it.

Clancy was only minimally political because there was a trial.
You have to acknowledge that you post a lot of tweets about kids being brutalized that aren’t overtly political.

The faux morality. “How dare you notice her skin! She killed someone in 1995!”
You’re acting like I’m trying to canonize the woman.
You're glamorizing the appearance of someone who brutally tortured and murdered an innocent girl.
It's akin to commenting on Jeffrey Dahmer's beautiful eyes, or Charlie Manson's wonderful hair.
There is something in you, that appears to be broken.

Meet Colorado's version of "Mitch McConnell" U. S. Senator. She will be wheelchaired around the Capital pushing legislation, receive the highest national security clearance, then marry the son of the Iranian ayatollah!!

Her attorneys will coach her on how to act incompetent so she can avoid execution.

Seems like if she's been on life support for the last week (retarded on the face of it), then all they had to do was unplug the bitch.

She’s up and walking now.
Oh, she’s angry too.
Hope the hospital staff is on alert because we all know how she gets when she is angry.
