Senators alarmed over potential Chinese drone spy threat
Lawmakers who were briefed on hundreds of intrusions over the White House, Capitol and Pentagon worry about possible espionage.
The officials say they do not believe the swarms are directed by the Chinese government. Yet the violations by users mark a new turn in the proliferation of relatively cheap but increasingly sophisticated drones that can be used for recreation and commerce. They also come as Congress debates extending current federal authorities and adopting new ones to track the aerial vehicles as potential security threats.

Yep. China is just unzipping my drone bag to go to nefarious things with my drone.
I mean our govt works with DJI for geofencing, like discussed in the previous thread yesterday. DJI pulled sales in Russia and Ukraine as well.

At this point, why do they care? China owns the presidency and most of the judiciary, congress and freaking pentagon.
Maybe, the drones are just to gloat or to check that the Senators are doing as they are told.

Idk what they think these little drones are doing tbh. They have everyone’s data already with apps, phones, and internet.
If anything I see this as our govt, in a free country, not happy that private citizens having access to airspace.

It boggles my mind that the US openly allows foreign nations to buy land and other things...
Trying doing anything in foreign countries and its almost impossible for outsiders to own anything or have freedoms of substance.

Within the next decade or so we will be at war with chyna on our southern/northern border or just taken over.
The land they are buying are strategically placed on borders or ocean access which will give them quick unmonitored access, so will already be in before our stupid govt reacts. Many say they can't attack our shores and are correct, but aren't considering the friendly deals they are making with MX and Canada. Where they will potentially bring their equipment/soldiers to their shores and then enter via their northern and southern border land acquisitions.
But hey as long as the recent never Trumpers don't have to read any mean tweets.
