I feel bad for the kid and the dog. What that kid is doing is learned behavior. Look at all the dents in the door. Listen to whoever is videoing it laughing at the whole thing. That's probably all that kid has ever known. It's heart breaking. That kid growing up with real parents probably wouldn't be anything like that

Not badly. I have zero problems with grabbing a dog that’s not submissive or popping one on the face that’s not submissive, especially a breed like that. They’re dogs, and they speak that language. Take most of maybe all of his actions in a 5 second block and it’s not bad.
But that dog was already submitting, and he kept doing it over and over. What that video showed was a bully, and he’s not doing any of that because he read the Monks of New Skete. He’s doing it because it makes him feel tough, he’s almost certainly doing it because his “dad” has done it to him, and he’ll be doing it to a senior citizen that he’s mugged within 5 years. That’s a criminal in the making, no question.

I'm not saying that I would be proud of him if he was my son, but the amount of physicality and pain afflicted to the dog was very minimal.
Not to mention we don't know what the dog did to piss that kid off.

I watched about 15-20 seconds then turned it off because it was pure garbage and I didn’t want to see it. Having said that, In the spectrum of animal abuse it’s probably a 3 out of 10. Completely unnecessary, but the dog wasn’t actually physically hurt too badly because the assailant is a child, maybe 10-11 years old.
He basically is holding it by the neck or collar up against a wall and smacking it around, yelling at it and pretty much trying to intimidate it the way a horrible father might try to discipline an unruly child. Oh how I wonder where this kid learned this behavior
Meanwhile there are several fist shaped holes in the nearby door/wall, and eventually you realize there’s an adult videoing the whole ordeal and not intervening, which gives you a small snapshot of what that “household” must be like on a day to day basis.
Then you have to remember, all of this is your fault because you’re a racist white supremacist.
