Chick-Fil-A is America's favorite fast food restaurant

'With a score of 87 out of 100, the American Customer Satisfaction Index’s Restaurant Report 2018 named Chick-Fil-A a crowd favorite for the third year in a row, followed by the group of “all other smaller fast food chains” in second place with a score of 82, and Panera Bread in third with a score of 81.
The ACSI report surveyed 22,500 customers, asking them about everything from the quality of food at each restaurant to customer service and even restroom cleanliness and layout.'
Despite all the hand wringing and woe-is-me from the regressives, this outlet proves once again that customer service and food quality will win every time. And I'm sure it's not just deplorables who are eating there.

I guess they forgot to ask whether their views on Christianity and same sex marriage mattered when choosing which restaurant to dine at

IIRC, they have a higher revenue (or maybe profit?) per store than their competitors despite this.
ETA: Their franchise structure is, I think, what really creates their excellent product. Rather than selling a store to any person with a stuffed portfolio looking to make a profit, they promote from within their structure and give exemplary employees a chance to run a store (pretty sure no one gets more than one ore two) after going through a thorough training regimen.

And what impresses me most: they use fresh wipes from a package to wipe each table instead of using the same ol' rag over and over again. I DO love a clean table! It's the small details that count.

Got the staff to do it too. I've worked in fast food when I was younger and having enough people working makes such a big difference. Makes for happy employees and in turn, pride in the store.
