Houston has this issue in certain parts too.
Stay and improve the area = gentrification (racist)

I saw a flow chart about this once.
Whites move to the inner city and clean it up? Gentrification, which is racist.
Whites move to the suburbs? White Flight, which is racist.
We've even come to the point where if a successful suburb is created with excellent schools and low crime, it is the policy of the Federal government to create subsidized high-density low-income housing in those suburbs to frick them up. Remember, the FedGov is not our friends and they don't want us to have nice things.
