Went to Washington for a show with my kids. Everyone masked up in Spokane. I told the hotel clerk how amazingly different a state line matters about coronavirus. She told me “Some states are more intelligent than others”.
Took everything in me to hold back from making an even more rude comment.

Anyone who thinks a Republican governor is going to protect them from a lockdown must not have been awake when all this started. Not a single one of em pushed back against Trump and Fauci when they rolled out the lockdown. Hell, even Desantis caved initially. It took him a couple of months to come around.

Yes, everyone locked down because no one had any clue what was going on and deaths were falsely modeled into the millions. As the truth came out about ineffectiveness about lockdowns and the mild nature of coronavirus, Republicans took action first.
