After hearing full clip, the mayor is asking the protesters to leave but not requiring them to leave. Also still not allowing police to go in.
Oh yeah.....I like this plan. This should work out great for the Mayor.

The video of them trying to tear down Andrew Jackson but they were pulling from opposite sides in opposite directions thus not allowing themselves to tear it down was pretty funny. Also a pretty good metaphor for where the Democrats are heading, just a bunch of dumbasses all pulling in different directions
